Woop!!
Quick entry to say…I did it! One blog entry every day for the month of November.
I’m sure to some people that doesn’t seem like much of a feat, but to me, anyway, it was…I dunno, not HARD per se, but not easy either. Especially with Thanksgiving thrown in the mix. It was fun, though, and there’s no question I wrote some entries that I wouldn’t have written except that I was out of ideas that day. Sometimes I’m full of ideas and can write for hours, other times I can’t even put a good sentence together. Plain old writers block, it happens to everyone.
While I can’t say I’m going to keep writing an entry a day, I do want to try posting more often than I had been. I really liked some of the entries I was “forced” to write, and I enjoyed writing them. Not quite the same as writing fiction – that’s the most fun – but still enjoyable.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, my cat is chasing the mouse cursor on the monitor, and I need to turn it off for a while.
