Me, Around the Web
People laugh at me when I tell them that I’m on every social network on earth, and that if I’m not on one, I sure should get on it soon. Not only do I actually enjoy seeing what’s out there – after all, I was a geek online like everyone else years before I started working online, albeit on BBS’ and Usenet instead of on the actual web – but it is part of my job to know what’s happening in the industry. What the hot new sites are, what isn’t hot. What features do people like where, what don’t they like. What are they saying…and so on. It’s all another way of trying to figure out what people want. And making things people want IS my job.
At some point I should make a list of all of my profiles everywhere, just for fun. But for now, here are links to sites I actually do use.
